NYC Flower Market – G. Page Flowers

I was so excited to visit G. Page Flower Wholesaler while I was in New York with the Chapel Designers. I’ve followed them on Facebook for a long time and every morning I get pictures in my newsfeed of GORGEOUS flowers that make me drool!!! I finally got to see the product firsthand, meet the owner Lauren, and BUY STUFF!!!! G. Page had some seriously amazing flowers.

For those of you who have never been to the Flower Market, the shops are not huge but instead they are narrow and very deep. We just happened to spot a celebrity designer in here while on our tour, Ariella Chezar. She was also our guest speaker and designer for the last day of our Conference. She was absolutely amazing and I have a post coming up soon about our afternoon with her.

Ranunculas are typically the size of a half-dollar so they’re pretty small but beautiful! They are one of the things that will actually grow in the little teeny tiny plot of dirt behind my house. I can’t wait to get them planted!

Fruits & Vegetables including Artichokes, lemons, oranges, kumquats, and tangerines. Many designers use fresh fruits & vegetables in compote style arrangements which adds such an organic element to the designs.

  1. I have always liked sweet peas but have really only seen them growing wild in the ditches back home in Michigan. So pretty and they always smelled so good!! From the pictures I think the Astilbe is pretty. I love wispy, delicate looking flowers! πŸ™‚

  2. This was awesome, thanks for sharing! I’m planning on going there to get my flowers for my wedding this summer. So excited/nervous!
